It is best to keep Sugar Bliss cupcakes at room temperature and eat them on the day they are purchased, since we bake them fresh with no preservatives. If you must extend their life, wrap the bakery box with plastic wrap or place the cupcakes in an airtight container. We do not recommend putting them directly in the fridge, as doing so will dry out the cake.

We can only make the flavors for the day. If you are ordering in advance for pick up or delivery, please choose the flavors available on the day of pick up or delivery. For example for pickup or delivery on Saturday, please choose the flavors that are offered every day and on Saturday.

All Sugar Bliss cupcakes are decorated with the signature Sugar Bliss blossom. We do not write on our cupcakes due to the design, but you can purchase birthday candles from us ($1 for a single candle, $6 for 24 pack of assorted rainbow candles, $6.50 for Happy Birthday candles). We also have edible logos - Happy Birthday, Congrats, It's a Girl, It's a Boy, Thank You, and Get Well Soon logos ($0.50 each).

Cake pops are rolled cake with frosting on a stick dipped in either white chocolate or milk chocolate. Sugar Bliss has over 10+ flavors.

We recommend that you consume your cake pops within 2-3 days of receiving them. It is recommended that you keep your cake pops at room temperature.

A French macaron is a light meringue shell with a soft and chewy center, sandwiched around a decadent ganache, buttercream, or jam filling.

Please keep your macarons refrigerated to keep fresh. They can be kept up to 5 days in an air tight container. For the best taste, allow them to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before enjoying!

We do have a Vegan chocolate cupcake and Vegan red velvet cupcake that we rotate daily.

Sugar Bliss offers a variety of gluten free products - Gluten Free Black & White and Chocolate Milk Chocolate cupcakes in regular and mini size, Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie, Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, and most of our French macarons are gluten free.

Please order online or call us at 312-845-9669 at least 24 hours in advance and allow more notice for large orders and holidays such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day.

Just give us a call and we will try to accommodate your same-day order. For same-day delivery orders, there is a $5 extra charge.

We are located in the Downtown Chicago Loop at 122 S Wabash Avenue in between Monroe and Adams Street, at the Wabash entrance of the Palmer House Hilton Hotel.

Please come directly to the register and let the sales associate know your name to pick up your order.

Custom orders cannot be canceled. All other advance orders can be canceled with 24 hours notice for a full refund.

Sugar Bliss has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final.
